The price per night includes:
  • Bedlinen,
  • One big towel and one small towel per person,
  • One set of kitchen linens,
  • Toilet paper,
  • Dish soap,
  • Dishwasher tablets,
  • Laundry detergent,
  • 40 GB of Wi-Fi per week,
  • Gas, water, and electricity costs.

Not included:
Firewood and firelighters: During the low and mid-season, the wood stove or even the wood-fired central heating may need to be used. Firewood and firelighters are available. We ask for a contribution at your discretion. The amount can be indicated upon departure and will be deducted from the deposit.

Good to know

  • Our house is heated with a wood stove and a wood-fired central heating system. During the low and mid-season, it may be necessary to use these. The cost of firewood is not included and will be deducted from the deposit afterward, depending on usage. You can decide the amount and inform us.

  • We have deliberately chosen not to have a TV. If you don't want to miss your favorite series, it's a good idea to bring an iPad or laptop and download some shows in advance.

  • We have approximately 40 GB of Wi-Fi available per week, so unlimited streaming is not possible.

Terms and conditions

Terms and conditions

The following terms apply to every booking. Below are some key highlights:
  • The booking is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. We will hold the booking for one week. If the invoice is not paid within that time, the booking will automatically be canceled.
  • If you make a booking for the 2025 season in 2024, we require a 20% deposit. The remaining balance will be invoiced in January and must be paid within 7 days.
  • The €250 deposit must be paid 3 days before arrival and will be refunded after our cleaner gives the "all clear" (within 5 working days at the latest).
  • Suitable for two people.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Smoking is not allowed.

Our general terms and conditions apply to all direct bookings. Different terms and conditions apply to bookings made via partners.

Cancellation is possible under the following conditions:
  • Cancellation up to 12 weeks before the arrival date: the full amount (minus €45 administration fee) will be refunded.
  • Cancellation between 12 and 4 weeks before the arrival date: 50% of the total amount will be retained, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
  • Cancellation within 4 weeks before the arrival date: 100% of the reservation amount will be retained.
