The following terms apply to every booking. Below are some key highlights:- The booking is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. We will hold the booking for one week. If the invoice is not paid within that time, the booking will automatically be canceled.
- If you make a booking for the 2025 season in 2024, we require a 20% deposit. The remaining balance will be invoiced in January and must be paid within 7 days.
- The €250 deposit must be paid 3 days before arrival and will be refunded after our cleaner gives the "all clear" (within 5 working days at the latest).
- Suitable for two people.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is not allowed.
Our general terms and conditions apply to all direct bookings. Different terms and conditions apply to bookings made via partners.
Cancellation is possible under the following conditions:
- Cancellation up to 12 weeks before the arrival date: the full amount (minus €45 administration fee) will be refunded.
- Cancellation between 12 and 4 weeks before the arrival date: 50% of the total amount will be retained, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
- Cancellation within 4 weeks before the arrival date: 100% of the reservation amount will be retained.
